Alternate Pic View – an image viewer with a set of additional options to edit the graphic files. The software can open most image formats and apply a number of different filters or effects. Alternate Pic View supports basic editing features: drawing tools, red-eye removal, photo merging, color gamut adjusting, GIF files editing, etc. Alternate Pic View allows you to view large slideshows, search for photos, create collages and work with thumbnails of images. The software can convert the file formats and change their sizes in batch mode. Alternate Pic View also has tools to capture the screen and extract icons from the files.
