GnuCash – a multifunctional finance manager to track your own cash flow. The software is great for private individuals and small businesses to keep records of income and expenses, assets and liabilities, transactions, investment portfolios, loan payments, etc. When creating an account, GnuCash offers to choose a currency, write down information about your company and specify account type which will eventually create a hierarchical system of accounts. The software contains a module to build the graphs of the user’s finance data in the form of different charts and supports the complete set of accounts which can be customized to suit your personal needs. GnuCash allows you to perform the different operation with transactions, including scheduled transactions that are planned in a special editor. Also, GnuCash is able to import data from another finance systems, as QIF and OFX.
