Connectify Hotspot – a software package by which the computer performs the role of access point to the internet, if there is a LAN card or an adapter which supports Wi-Fi. The software automatically configures the computer as a virtual router that enables to access the internet from different devices. Connectify Hotspot enables to view a list of connected devices, statistics of access point usage and the amount of transferred data. The software allows the user to ensure the safety of the network, using various encryption algorithms. Connectify Hotspot supports a large number of additions, which allows the user to extend the software.
