Spencer – a classic Start menu in the style of Windows XP, which is fully compatible with the latest Windows versions. The software offers an easy access to the administrative tools and some common areas of the computer. Using Spencer, you can run the component services, firewall, command line, explorer, control panel, notepad, standard games, etc. You can attach the software to the taskbar or place a shortcut anywhere on the desktop.
